SHIPPING

All items are made in New York City, NY in small batches. Each order is packaged and prepared by hand.

Orders are shipped using the USPS or UPS: domestic shipping is subject to change - please allow mail 5-7 days for delivery from ship date in the continental U.S.

Tracking information will be included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped.

Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

School of Thought is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of order delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached. Returns must be delivered back to the studio within 10 days of initial delivery. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
